YAY, a great, responsive and generous MM on the very first day! :) They went to bed a while ago, so I'm waiting for them to return and see the gifts I sent them while they were sleeping. Thank you, MM, I didn't expect such luck at the very beginning of it.

I've been looking forward to MM for months, even if it does let me down half the time.

I've got an active one! Nice range of gifts, and the pace of exchanging is nice and quite slow. Hooray!

I also seriously love the new message feature. It's great to be able to let your MM know you're going away for a bit, rather than just disappearing and hoping they understand.

The sad part is this seems like an older user by how much they are sending. They should f****** know better! 1.I'm going as fast as I can. and 2.Not every new person has so much sp items to send(gosh I feel awful for new people if they get this person.) 3.I can send nice items, but if their going to be a d*** about it, they can forget it!

It felt like all my mm wanted was more sp items and fast :(

I keep sending message items (ex: "U" sticker, Heart Candy, Book Sticker, Random Plushie("?")...= U Like Books?) But I don't know if they understand what I'm trying to say, or if they think that I'm just sending inexplicably crappy gifts. :P

Other than that, it's been modest and nice and I like it ^.^

I'm going to try to send something each day ;) and receive anything I get or don't get with a smile :) expensive or cheap. :)

Does anyone know if there is a post for giving to person above? I have been looking, but can't find one, but I might be just be looking in all the wrong places ;)

I have an active one. Feels like new user, I think they are trying to send nice things but don't really have the SP to do so. It's okay partner, I've been there. :'D

My MM was cute. Inexpensive stuff, loads of fun! :)

I signed up just after midnight. Haven't gotten anything for the last 12 hours despite sending them a small gift to kick things off. Oh, well. Maybe they'll be around later tonight, and if not, I'll send my themed gifts to someone else. n-n

I don't participate in MM a whole lot, but I decided to do so today, and I'm really happy with the experience I had with my MM. :) They were generous and kind, and I'm pretty grateful for that and have been trying my best to return the favor.

Mine was awesome this morning then said that they had to go...so i sent a few items...i will send some goodbye items when it is time for me to go to bed...lol

Can I just say I am loving the new message center! omg..greatest addition ever!

Mine's not very active but that's okay. I am disappointed that I went around and bought a bunch of stuff for a theme, like a gift basket, and it turns out you can only send one item at a time. I think I'd like it better if it were like sending regular gifts. Where they open it and a bunch of stuff shows up.

Also please don't be upset if you can't afford expensive items. I don't think this is the kind of thing you should be doing if you want/expect super rare stuff. The point is of the event is giving. Just be thoughtful and creative. If your MM doesn't appreciate it, well it's anonymous and you'll get a new one tomorrow anyway.

I'm so pleased that my first day was a knock-down-drag-out gift war. :'D You were great, MM. Thank you so much for spoiling the heck outta' me.

I'd like to thank my MM here as well, since they were so awesome and nice, I hope they also liked my gifts despite I couldn't really pair with their generosity. Happy holidays my first Mysterious Melody of the year! :)

I really enjoy the MM, but I don't think it's really about how much something is worth, more about that they are feeling generous in the first place, and are willing to give things, no matter the expense. I Won't be giving out a bunch of really expensive items, I may give one out, but I will mainly be giving a mixture of things, and they can decide on what to do with them. I am thankful for what my MM has given me so far, so Thank you!

I never seem to get active ones, and when I do...it's just...stuff. I try and do the whole, 'gifts that sen a message' thing, and it never seems to work. Oh well, it is fun and I still enjoy doing it. And I love how you can send a little message to go with the gift now
